We moved here, thinking that the secluded area and would ensure a nice apartment, without having to worry about loud neighbors or our cars being broken into. We were so wrong. The apartment that we looked at was really nice, and we assumed that the one that we would rent would be equal to the demo. But our apartment was dingy looking, with a SERIOUS mold issue going on in the bathroom. The floors had ugly outdated tiles and the carpet had huge worn spots. Also, the other reviews are right, the bug problem is AWFUL!!! We had problems with ants, roaches, silverfish, and especially some little centipede-ish bugs (we would some times find about 20 crawling in our living room at one time). The neighbors are for the most part nice, but we had one that was extremely rude, and would fight and talk loudly right outside our window at 2 in the morning. Also, about 2 monthes after we were here, my husbands truck window was shattered. Although these apartments look really nice, they are NOT what they seem, and I would not recommend them to anybody.

yes there is a mold problem and they are getting to it. Have patience.
