I have lived here for the last 8 months and frankly I can not wait for my lease to be up. The property is dirty there are beer cans everyhere. I can not walk through the grass because of the dog poop. Not to mention the roach problem here.

Yes there are problems. I actually fell down while throwing away trash into a huge pile of poop. I had to throw my clothes away. I was very angry. THis was not the fault of the management but of those dirty people with pets who dont pick up after themselves nor the pets. This should be addressed with the office at once. A flyer should be sent to those with dogs on the property. I agree. And I to owas very angry. But it is not the fault of the new crew. Voice your opinion. It's important. I went through it too. Normally when someone would throw trash on my side, I would sweep it out of the way and put it on their truch or by their apartment. Don't let nasty neighbor's bully you. However, this can happen ANY WHERE. Even as a home owner and no sidewalks where I live now, I see people allwoing their dogs to poop any where. Here I turn on my sprinkerls and the owners and pets run away. LOL!
