I just moved out of Pecan Ridge and let me tell you how my first apartment experience was, the last two weeks living there I had no HOT WATER what so ever. They are so slow on fixing things. I just thanked god that it is summer and not winter. In Central texas it is known to be hot during the day and cool at night. Well I went one time without a/c for a week and a half. They kept coming back to fix it and it was still messed up. The bugs that come into the apartment, well lets just say they are worms. So if you like to see worms crawling on your walls then stay here. the whole time I stayed there I did not see pest control anywhere, there is no security, no covered parking, the management is very rude and does not return your phone calls. Water leaks in the roof, the bathrooms, under the sinks, and the ceilings. Good luck to anybody who thinks about renting there. I wouldn't again...
