I have lived here for about 3 years, and have seen a change in management. The current management is horrible, but I heard that a new owner will soon take over the complex. It is quiet, and is filled with young families, business people, elderly, and lots of law students.

The management does not understand the importance of lighting and has to be remined of a pertinent Texas Supreme Court case entitled "Timberwalk" occassionally before they get their act together or they will be held liable for any danger that will befall a resident. The bug problem isnt too bad... I deal with ants and earwigs. I am a very neat and clean person though... I clean my apartment from dusting to scrubbing the floors once a week.

There is dog poop in the grass, but that is to be expected from the number of people who have dogs, such as myself. In addition, the parking is ok. My big problem is the timeliness in which things are fixed and the lighting situation. The apartments themselves are nice and unfortunately for me the rent has dropped over 100 dollars for what I am currently paying for my unit.

THe maintenance guys do their work very well, it is just the current manager that is the problem.

Why don't you try talking to the management and asking them to please register so they can see people's opinions and get a chance to participate. Address your concerns as: management, neighbors, pets, pests etc... COncerns. If you dont attack them they might respond.
