I could of ended up in many fees with the hospital. Every time my AC went out even in the middle of the night, it was fixed. No where can you get this help and quality in care and service. I do have a breathing machine and severe breathing problems. Pest control never effected me, my child or spouse. Maintanance, is wonderful. On a dime they would always help me. I rely off of my AC, there is no option for me. And for the elderly, the care we get in not somthing I could get every where. I fought my cancer too. These guys gave me the help I needed. Seperate fact from feelings rate it diferent ways. Take this into consideration. You can reply to me directly. I will respond.

I moved in last October. However, the old management was indeed in a work overload and disaray. Disorganized. Over the last months, work orders, inspections and even pest control has improved with the new management. If you can't hear then don't open your mouth! In the message when you call after hours many menus have change to facilitate your issues and comments and your reports / concerns. New management has started renovating this place, re doing apartments etc... and it will be as lovely inside as it is out side. Also the apartment on top of me has new and quite neighbors. The apartment was redone. How can you open your mouths as primitive people without FIRST seeing the results and all of the work. If it was left to the old management you would have no seen results so quickly. So please from an educated stand point, see and rate every thing before you get angry. As prior USAF military people we have been and seen many APTS and different "types of housing". This is not base housing folks. We had done much research before renting in this place. I feel bad that we are gone after this October now? WHY??? We see all the differences already. We are so amazed! This facility has improved. My feed back is please if your have a suggestion put it in writting and send it. If you see something you like put it in writting and send it. The out side, parking, other facilities are great. THe gym is nice too. And the lounge. It is now the hottest place to live. Look around waco for other apartments, more expensive, less caring attention. Less one on one. Pecan Ridge helped me through my battles of Cancer. The new management and the new staff are people like you and I. Treat them with respect. It's not your fault. It is not a bad place to live compared to the other apartments there like Village Green or the Arlington which has a prison type apartment setting and not private entry. For single gals this is simple not exceptable. Or singles moms! Please have patience. Let the NEW management kick in and fix things up before you shove them down. They need some fixes but they are doing them now. Consider other placement and compare it. I did. And now I am mad I moved out and bought a house. Let's face it, Waco is not a beautiful place to live either in comparising to San Antonio, Dallas etc... Pecan has taken this place and made it inviting. The staff won't mistreat you. They are not rude. I can not count all the times I have called. However, I can say all my problems have been solved so far. As people we all have our faults. If they forget why dont you go up to the office, they have little forms at the door and a drop box. They are sure to get it in writing. Tell them. Call them. Don't expect direct perfect service. If it were your house that you owned would you scream at your spouse to tell the neigbors to stop talking and call pest control? You are not home owners. There was a time like other I to was very frustrated. I still recommend that like on base housing the tenant should sign off on work orders if they are home. Let them know if something needs fixed or sprayed that it is okay that they enter your apartment. Maybe it's a lack of communication on your behalf. Management does not own Pecan Ridge. But the new management deserves a pat on the back and should be reminded that we are proud of them and their efforts to restore our apartment. I do recomend this facility. The management now could not be any better. Let them do their job. When something was fixed I made sure it was cleared by a call to the office. Common sense is not hard people. The NEW MANAGEMENT & STAFF are DOING A GREAT JOB. I am so pleased at the efforts I have seen with my own eyes after one full year I am going to follow up with a letter too. Every one has the right to their own opinion. And this opnion comes from facts. Not emotions. With must seperate the two. Facts indicate things are better. You can't do it over night. But it is much better. Almost perfect. Please be nice and gentle to your new and inproved staff. Guys I have seen it all. These are my recomendations and my opinions as you have yours too. Thank you.
