To start out, I find the management to very nice and friendly. The apartment that I lived in had a great view of tree-tops. Couldn't see the city from my balcony. That is about the extent of the good things I can say about the apartments. I believe the place to held together by insects. Yes, insects. No matter what time of year it is, you can always count on the insects. I had to caulk the pantry myself and the sugar ants would always find another way in. Management has pest control come around every so often but the ants do not seem to be phased. There is a nasty problem with wasps and bees. But on a good note, I have only seen two cockroaches in a year.

Now lets move on to electricity bill. In the year I lived there, I had maybe one month that the bill was under $150. I can see light under my front door. When mentioned to management, they were fast to replace the weather striping. I can still see light under my door. Don't get me wrong, I don't run my AC/heater when I'm at work, shopping, or pretty much any other time I'm not home. I turn my lights off when I'm not in the room and my electric bill is still outrageous.

Moving on, my car was broke into along with another one a few spots over. I realize this can happen anywhere, anytime. But the parking lot could be lit a bit more. I do not hold the apartment complex responsible.

When I fist looked at "Show Apartment". I was fooled. I moved in and the layout is different. When asked to see the apartment I was going to be in, I was refused, do to the apartment being cleaned. Moved in and I even had to go out and buy some cabinet lining stuff. Small kitchen, bathroom and pretty much everything. Had I seen the apartment, I would have never signed the lease.

All in all I wouldn't sign another lease unless they repainted the complex in its entirety AND lowered the rent by 200 a month.
