Like everyone else is saying, the new ownership/management has really made a huge difference. Maintenance is much prompter, more efficient, and the new maintenance guys are much friendlier and trustworthy. The office staff is extremely helpful and have been extremely kind and friendly. This is a great place to live; I hope more people will write positive reviews.
