After posting my frustrations on this site, I was invited to speak to the manager again. It turns out that my final request had never been entered into the maintenence system, therefore the manager was unaware of my ongoing problems. Within two days of our conversation, my problem was fixed in an even more satisfying way than I had intended. While I still feel that two months was too long to wait for the problem to be resolved, I have been assured that new maintenence staff are at work, and I am now fully satisfied with Pecan Ridge.

I apologize for any inconvenience however we have had several changes in our maintenance staff. After reading your review we have looked through any pending service request and do not show any outstanding requests over 3 days.
