OMG, im glad i found this, i thought i was going crazy, i had to leave my apartment 3 nights this summer because of the broken air conditioner! They finally fixed it after i had to be completely rude. They kept telling me that i wasnt using it right. BULL! Cool should be cool and heat she be heat, dumb bastards! And i hope u never have to submit a maintenance request, cause it wont be answered into like 4 months later! The high rent must be 4 the scenery, cause its definetly not 4 the service! But i must say they have a cool manager, not her fault her maintenance sux!
