Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
After reading the past two reviews I really could not believe we are living at the same place. I have been here for around 3 years now and have really loved to see the changes that are happening. I have never had a problem with the maintenance or anything. I believe that there are certain things that are just out of there controll but even with the delays in things...they still get done. I have lived at other places in Waco and this by far is the quietest place and the most friendly. I look forward to being here for a few more years.
