I moved here in February of 06, my apartment is small, but it's what I could affrod. The grounds are very nice and well taken care of, its a nice quiet property, and every time I have ever put in a maintenance request it gets answered promptly. In the past couple months I have had a bad problem of water bugs in my kitchen, I told the manger about it once and the exterminator has been by ever week since then to make sure that all of the bugs are gone. Im summary I have been very happy with Pecan Ridge, and would recomend the property to anyone looking for a new place to live!
