I lived in Peppertree from a few months. I moved out because the place is a mess. When you go in you will find that the ceiling is worn down. The manager is a real b and the children are very disrespectful. When it rains your ceiling will leek. When I told the manger about it she never told the maintance to fix it. I also told her that the tiles on the floor where coming up and she never done anything about that also. I would not go to that place, it is a project reject in the making. Parking lot it a total nightmare. All cars are bumping into each other
