Depends on the renter

I had a wonderful experience at Peppertree. The manager was hard to get in touch with at times, but when I did, she was great. The maintenance was sometimes slow, but not on major issues like a/c or the refrigerator. I got new flooring when I moved in and had no trouble getting my deposit back when I left since I left it clean. The area isn't the best, but it's well patrolled.
