the PLACE sucks

First of all, the parking here is horrible. goodluck if you ever want to have a friend over because there is no visitor parking anywhere. The PLACE is way too expensive just because they are new. I thought it would be fun at first, but it isn't. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment, especially freshmen just coming out of the dorms.
