I lived there last year, and ended up moving elsewhere this year in order to get an apartment by myself. I have lived in 3 apartment complexes here while at Baylor...and the Place was definatley my favorite. A little expensive, but to me it was worth it. I would have paid the extra money to live there again if they had any one bedrooms. Staff is friendly, no problems with appliances. Clean grounds, my only problem was with the parking situation. Friends have to park outside of the gates...that kinda sucks...but other than that its a great place.
