I was surprised at the reviews.....I can't understand people standards....I mean, come on, Waco apartments aren't exactly of the highest caliber you know' So I think in comparison The Place is great.

Ya, its expensive, but its comprable to other newer places.

My only complain is DO NOT live by the pool, oh holy hell, it was bad.

I had a final at 9am and was kept up by some people partying till 4.

That was fun.

I liked the management, they always helped me out.

I liked having a reserved spot; made things a lil more stree free.
