I've been quite happy living here. The manager is on top of her game. Savvy. No-nonsense. The maintenance staff is friendly and trustworthy. Many safety upgrades have been made recently as the complex has joined a special program through the local PD.
Outside of the occasional bad apple, the neighbors are great. My husband and I often joke that the complex is so quiet that it could be mistaken for a retirement community. Plus, many residents want a nice place to live and will the call the police if someone stirs up too much trouble. Occasional break-ins of cars. (Don't leave your CDs or other valuables sitting on the seats. TEMPTATION.)
As with many apartments in this town, the only option for cable TV is TimeWarner, which is disappointing because some other companies offer far cheaper prices.
Until recently, I have lived here by myself and have always felt safe. I recommend this complex for anyone looking to get their money's worth from renting. If you are a party animal, you definately want to look somewhere else.
My favorite thing ... a washer and dryer in every apartment, included in rent. Can't beat that!
The one thing I would change ... I wish the first-floor patios were enclosed (like they are at Village Green) for privacy.
