We've been living in Raintree apartments for just under a year and have had no problems with management, staff, or any way this place is run. Management has been open, accessible, and extremely accomidating to us. the staff has been very nice and prompt to the few minor fix-its. The grounds is very well maintained with improvements going on all the time. Clean, nice people, and in a good location. Thats all we need. We will recommend this place to anyone.

I totally agree. We have lived here for a year and we love it! We had a few issues with the air conditioning unit when we moved in and the staff was amazing and helpful. It is an older property (like most in Waco) but they are on top of keeping it up. I recommend it!
