Nice little place back in the day...

It was a company apartment, so I don't know anything about the price, but these weren't bad compared to a lot of the other places in Waco.

The grounds are beautiful. The split floor plan we had was pretty cool, too. Very well designed and well maintained. I'd live here again if it was more convenient to BU.
