The office staff are ok to deal with but the maintenance staff are a joke. I caution letting them in your apartment. Make sure you ask about the crime in the complex. There were many car break ins and cars stolen, and the staff tries to keep it under wraps. They just refer you to contact the police department and they just direct you to their website, which give a general area crime rate. And with the apartments sitting in a decent housing area it makes it look like it is a low crime area. The landscaping is taken care of but the apartments are old and have many issues. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

1. Why do you caution letting maintenance into your apt?
2. Define "many" cars, please. Did you see these break-ins or did you hear about them? Is it word of mouth or from the actual owners?
3.How old are the apartments? What type of issues do they have? Are they easily repaired? (Which brings me back to the question 1...)

I am also interested in these apartments, I am moving from Dayton Ohio and we are having a heck of a time finding housing that is decent, quiet not overpriced..what are some of the real issues please?
