Hmmmmmm, sounds like the Manager

Sounds like that aweful Manager was tooting her own horn! I like the old Manager much better, she was very, very attentive to all the activities that were taking place after hours to keep the noise, drunkiness, and drug trafficing down. She would not let people hang out after dark and would personally monitor the property during the night.......wish she was still here
