Me and my husband and two year old son just moved to Waco and we got this great deal where a man was moving out of his lease we got in with only paying the first months rent which was fantastic! This place is great free cable internet washer and dryer big too. The manger of this place is awesome she has great customer service and the Maintenance people were always so helpful and came right away i would recommend this 100%. We had only one problem they lost our money order for our rent in September and wanted us to pay it again we showed money order receipts and everything, the only person that was rude or didn't know what she was doing is the woman that comes in for the manger when she goes on vacation or during her lunch break.
