This apartment was the dirtiest thing I have ever seen the day I moved in. There were cobwebs in the ceilings, piles of dust on the fans, the carpet was discusting, and the stove was filthy. It took the cleaning people 4 hours to arrive and all that they brought with them was a small vacuum cleaner and some 409. There is a serious bird problem there which creates problems such as waste covered cars, sickening odors, and screeching sounds throughout the day and early evening. The apartments are very old and have not been upgraded in any way for many years. I'm still trying to figure out why I was ever a resident there and how they continue to keep residents with the premiums they charge. The complex is very dark and I was often scared walking from my car to my apartment. The drudge surroundings (darkness, blackbirds, brown paint) make for an eery atmosphere. Save yourself and avoid Rivercrest.
