Ive been living here for about half a year and started encountering problems from the first week I moved in. The floors are squeaky and unlevel, there are small cobwebs around some of the walls, the walls are chipping, there is a slight mold problem in the bathrooms and other areas of the apartment, the rent is high, the cabinets are old, major appliances are older, theres always homeless people digging in our trash cans, the walls arent very sound proof, the balcony seems flimsy, and it appears the upkeeping of the apartment is very low. The only good thing about the apartment is the large mounts of storage space, walk in closets, and large rooms. I honestly dont reccomend moving here unless youre prepared to use your own money to remodel or update parts of the apartment.
