The apartment I lived in for the past 2 years has had severe mold problems and water leaks. The maintenance crew is under-staffed, the cost is rising much more quickly than normal housing inflation, and the "emergency maintenance" number is an answering machine. So, if you are having a water leak everywhere, forget having anyone come unless the office is open, which is maybe 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday. Oh yeah, and EVERYTHING is made of plastic, so most likely you will have at least 10 things break in 1 year.

I have been very disappointed with the service and quality that I thought I had bought. Oops, RiverCrest, I hope you don't get any more tenants. Someone is very greedy for more money and is too lazy to pay us back with reasonable apartments. If I were you, potential buyers, I steer clear from here. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
