I love this apartment, but will not be staying because the maintainance here is horrible. Not only do the staff act like it is a huge inconvenience every time they have to come fix something (the appliences are old and always falling apart or malfunctioning), I have seen them shoving repair supplies into bushes instead of FIXING things. Nice. Plus, our washer has been broken for 4 months, the spin cycle doesnt work, so our electric bill has been up 40 dollars since we have to run the dryer so much. They claim they have ordered us a new washer but that was forever ago. Also, the laundry mat for the apts w/o washers only has ONE functional washer, the others are full of standing water. We pay too much to have to shell out all this extra money just to have clean clothes. Appliances here are all from a decade ago.
Sad, cause otherwise I really like it here.
