I lived here for about 3 years. It's okay, but expensive. Good points: washer, dryer, dishwasher [in apartment]. The maintenance wasn't the best-- actually, the main guy who does the maintenance is a real jerk. There are a lot of birds b/c of the trees and bird noise in the mornings/ mess on the cars in warmer months. There seems to be a bad problem with mold and ceiling leaks here [I think this place is old & falling apart... I've been afraid the roof was going to cave-in a times]. Atleast they allow dogs and it's pretty close to campus [if you have to walk]. Parking can be a problem sometimes if you come in later at night. Noisy neighbors can be a real pain-- depending on which type of apartment you're in. It's poorly lit at night-- and they won't replace the light bulbs in the outdoor hallway if you call them. Overall.. it's okay, but I think I'm going to spend my senior year somewhere else, cheaper. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
