This place is a dump. It is so expensive for what you get. We rent the "townhouse" which is nothing more than a studio apartment. It is so small. When we moved in the carpets were still wet, every appliance did not work. The washer was filled with water and the dishwasher (after 3 maintenance visits) still leaks. The kitchen cabinets dont match, the vinyl in the bathroom and kitchen is peeling off. It is a generally disgusting place. We are very disappointed in the quality of apartment, even if it is near baylor. At night you can hear people going in and out of their cars in the parking lot at all hours. The dogs poop on the lawn right in front of our apartment. If you ever have a confrontation with the office staff they will be snobby to you forever!!! It is a bad idea to move here!! Utilities are expensive too. It can be 50 degrees outside and the apartment will be at 80 and you need to turn on the a/c. We lived in a three bedroom house that used fewer kilowatts than this one bedroom stink hole! Out of control!
