We lived in Rivercrest for 1 yr 3 months and that is 1 yr 3 months too long. Since we have moved in our air conditioner has broke 3 times, our dishwasher leaks after several visit from the maintance staff, who frankly are not fit to fix a hole in a bucket. Only one maintance guy is nice, the rest act pissed when something breaks and they have to fix it. If you call and complain, the office staff will be snobby to you forever. We are paying so much money to live here. Our utilities are high to. We live in a small one bedroom and our electricity bill was $260. The pool is nice, but they let anyone in to use it, so its always dirty. Close to Baylor, but who cares' Find another place to live and save some money .
