This is the worst apartment complex ever. My son has been living there for a year while going to school and since the day he moved in he has been trying to get a door and the air conditioning fixed. They have messed with the air and said it was fixed but it never was, the door they never ask about. They always say they'll get right on it and you never see them. Even though I'm paying the rent I've tried to let him handle this himself, well finally a year later we (the parents) had to step in and threaten them with a law suit. There is no excuse for this kind of management. There is a bunch of young people running the place and you never see the manager. The air is fixed now but you tell my WHY in a one bedroom apt the electric bill is running around $250.00. This complex needs a very bad rating for management alone.
