By you writing these response shows how much you care, you dont! We have lived here a year and had problems every other week they hardly ever get fixed, just because we dont pay $800 doesnt mean we should have to live with this crap. You are the one that should grow up and start taking your job more seriously and get things done that need to be.

I want everyone to know that when this rating was posted it was ran by village green management. since December another company owns this property and is spending alot of money to fix problems that this former company and onsite staff did to mess it up.. the staff is great now and i think if you went in and gave them a chance you would see this. The former manager was a very rude, uncaring and just plain disrespectful. you will not find that at RiverCrest now. Go by and meet the new owners and the new managment team and you will see that it is totally different. Problems are fixed very quickly and they are willing to go the extra mile for their tenants.
