I guess most of us were surprised to find we have a new manager at Rivercrest. I have lived here for the past 3 years and was extremely with the past management and maintenance. Sandra, Staci and Christine always went out of their way to be helpful and were always very friendly. Now with this new lady, I think her name is Belinda something. She is extremely rude and doesn't seem to know anything. I will be so glad when my lease is up, I will be moving - anything will be better than this. She is absolutely HORRIBLE. I know we have maintenance issues but at least you felt like Sandra, Staci and Christine truly cared about getting our things repaired - this new lady acts like she could care less. Don't waste your time checking out this place.

When this response was posted the property was being ran by Village Green managment. now a new company has it and the managment is great. work orders are done very quickly and the whole team takes care of the property extremely well. they are all very nice and all of them are always willing to do whatever it takes to make me happy. i will continue to finish my stay at rivercrest until i am through with school which is another two years. The Manager, Belinda, is GONE!!! The new owners and management company are great!!!! This place will be the PLACE TO BE when all the renovattions are finished! Live here...much cheaper, close to campus and the Pool is awesome!
