I really can't believe that I chose to live here for another year. Things were going ok - I signed my new lease in August - then things went terribly wrong! We have a new manager and she does not know anything and blames EVERYTHING on someone else, even if it was her fault! She is very rude and unprofessional. Christine tries to help but the manager won't let Christine hardly say a word. Christine was the reason I chose to stay here another year - but the manager tries to butt in to every conversation I try to have with Christine. It would be one thing if the manager knew what was going on - but she is absolutely clueless. Now I hear we have a new management company. The best thing they could do is get that manager out of here - she is going to be the reason everyone moves out - and alot of my neighbors will be moving as soon as they can. A couple of them have moved in new people so they could move somewhere else. If I could find someone to take my place that is what I would do too.
Do NOT move here - it is horrible, horrible, horrible.

I do sincerely apologize for the inconveniance you have had here at Rivercrest. A new management company has taken over the property and you do have a new manager. Please do not think that the way you were treated in the past will be tolerated by new managment. We will do everything that we can to make your stay here a pleasant one. We would like to make sure that all our residents are happy. Please stop by the office and meet your new managment team and we can also discuss any problems or concerns that you may have with your apartment home.

maybe it is you. i have never had a problem with the new managment. they are friendly, always willing to help out and they take care of their tenants. maybe it was you who was rude. you know you get treated the way you treat people.
