YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE IN RIVERCREST APARTMENTS. SOMEONE SAID IN AN EARLIER COMMENT THAT THE NEW MANAGEMENT WAS BETTER BUT THEY ARE NOT! I HAVE HAD CONFRONTATION AFTER CONFRONTATION THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. AFTER HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH ONE OF THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE I STARTED BALLING AND WAS TOLD NEVER TO CALL AGAIN!YES, NEVER. IT IS THAT BAD! THE PLACE IS OLD, REDICULOUS, THEY ARE RAISING RENT AND ITS NOT EVEN WORTH HALF THAT MUCH. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

If this is who i beleive it is, then you should also let everyone know that everytime you called the office you were cussing at the staff and demanding something on an apartment that you were not even on the lease for. The staff can only give out information to the tenant not his/her fiance. Also the staff in the office also has feelings and do not like to be hollered at or cussed at, so maybe you hurt their feelings as well. If your feelings were hurt then an apology is extended to you. RiverCrest is an awesome place to live and is only going to get better, but no one forces you to live in any one place. There are hundreds of apartments around the Baylor area that you could choose from.
