MY EXPIERIENCE AT RIVERCREST

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I have lived at RiverCrest under both managements and I have seen major improvements. The new staff is much more attentive, a lot friendlier, and I finally fell like I am dealing with people that actually know what is going on. There are a few downfalls, i.e. the exterior work has been going on for a few months, and it is a little noisier than usual, and the rent increase was quite steep. But it has been more than compensated for. The construction will end eventually, and the exterior is looking so much better. The new office staff really tries to make you feel at home and comfortable. I have never had an issue calling them for any problems with my apartment, they have always gotten to it by the next day, if not sooner. Be prepared for the water bills, they have went up drastically in the past few months, and don't seem to be going down anytime soon. I can only hope that after the summer is over they will go back to the normal $27/month. But I feel that it is a small price to pay for such a nice living environment and to be this close to campus. Compared to the other apartments this close to Baylor, RiverCrest is a lot more aesthetically pleasing. If you are looking for a new apartment come get a tour and see what you think. Tell them Monti ;)
