apartment is clean, freshly painted upon move-in, well maintained, great managers --> ask for Starbucks coffee --> signed a lease through May '08, b/c I like location, location, location (Baylor) --> I'm a grad student and this is perfect for me, you will enjoy it --> we make the most of what we have and it's a great place
