Rivercrest has many different apartment layouts to choose from, and so there is a good selection. Also, the buildings all appear nicely maintained and present a good-looking place to live. However, the office staff has no clue what is going on - they don't know how much we owe each month, they don't communicate with each other, and if you don't make sure they put something in the computer right there while you are watching, it will be forgotten. In addition, they don't even pay for sewer or trash pick up. We pay all bills. The quality of the apartment itself is nice. We hear almost no noise from our neighbors, and a little from outside, but for the price we are paying, this place is a little rough around the edges. I wouldn't flat out recommend it, but I would flat out dismiss it either.
