affordable, convenient living for all students

I recently graduated from Baylor Law, and i lived at Rivercrest my last year. They allowed me to sign a 10 month lease with no fuss. I have nothing to complain about. The grounds were safe and well-maintained. The only big problem i had was when my air conditioner started leaking greywater all over my hall and den carpet. It apparently came from a leak upstairs. Management did their best to address the problem, and though it was bigger than anyone originally thought, they handled the repairs as quickly, efficiently and courteously as they could. I really enjoyed living there. It can get a bit noisy at times, but even as a grad student who needed quiet to read much of the time, the noise level was reasonable for the most part. The best part was being close to campus and not having to pay a lot for it.
