I have lived in this mess hole for a year, because I got tricked into signing a year lease, it's a reject project, full of drug dealers, little kids be outside cursing at each other and fighting like cats and dogs, the management is just terrible, Stephanie the current manager has a bad attitude, she thinks she owns you, she talks too you like your a child but rudely, i had to curse her out and let her know I'm not a child, I'm grown, the aprtements are so torn down, my front door fell off twice, my closet door fell off and still is off, I wrote a list of things that were broke before I moved in, and they never fixed them, the carpet is so thin it will burn your feet if you walk on it bare foot, the blinds are torn down when you move in, the mold is just outrageous, and the roaches oh my god are just everywhere, even if you keep your apartment clean they are there, it's horrible, I mean horrible, they control your air and heat, they didn't tell us that when we moved in, it's just terrrible, I would recommned no one to move here, because I am moving this month, and they want to know if I wan to renew my lease, i laughed in the managers face so hard and gave her my last months rent, and she want to know why, I told her you act as if you don't know. And also they hire crack heads for manitance, and they just tear the things up worser, and walk in your apartment without knocking. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Marquita, Why did you lie. You did not pay your first month on rent on time nor the second month. You did not live there for a year, due to the fact you were being evicted the third month due to non payment. You have not cursed me out and you wouldn't have, only in your mind. I helped you find a place to stay to the bad bad situation you were in. The only bad situation you could have been in is the fact that you do not pay your bills on time. Try another way!!!!! This one is a lie.

that's bad i was gonna move their but forget about that i got two kids i wouldn't feel safe
