I have lived in these apartments for almost two years and have had lots of problems with getting somebody to fix things in my apartment. Alot of the times either my mom or myself had to fix these problems because it takes maintenance more than 3 days to come fix it. The 3 day is when either my mom or myself fix it. Just awfully terrible around here. The maintenance man caused my apartent to flood from trying to unclog another apartment he couldn't get the cleaning snake out so what did he do he cut it and left it in that neighbor sink well the cleaning snake had came to my side of my apartment and caused my apartment to flood because he busted my sink pipe. I come home around 9 and 10pm and my apartment is flooded. I call the number and left my number for emergency problems he came over saw all the water look at the pipe and said he can't do nothing until tomorrow. Then he leaves and guess who is left to clean the water up me I had to move my stuff so it wouldn't get ruin as well. This day it was just in the kitchen and dinning room area the living room carpet was a little wet. this happen on a thursday the next day they come and fix it after the manager happen to come back from her trip early this is after 3pm. okay i felt a little better. that following saturday my friend saw a plumbing truck there fixing. I figure everything was fixed so i moved my furniture and everything back. well monday i come home and guess what my apartment is flooded again and it is more water than the first. It went all the way to one fourth of my bedroom and kids bedroom and inside their closets and the hallway closets and bathroom. I come home after 5 and see this then i go to the office and tell the manager my apartment flooded again. she comes and look at it. carpet soaked floor wet cabinet wet on top and bottom and insides of cabinets and drawers wet, my personal hall and bathroom carpets was soaked. i had to rewash clothes, my dishes, blankets i used to get the water up (last thursday i used blanket and towels and washed them saturday no money or nothing from the management)and my hall carpets. my stereo shelf, bookshelf, stereo speakers are all warped at the bottom. She had the maintenance man to clean the water up he half did the job. So here i go once again cleaning up this mess again. i was told i would have somebody to shampoo the carpet and blow the smell out of my apartment the next day. guess what nobody came then when i call the next day they said somebody will be there this afternoon this is the second day after nobody came so here it is today the third day. lets see let me guess nobody probably come today either. I left messages not able to talk to the manager as of yesterday. I am frustrated with this apt. complex because i have been so patient and gave them plenty of time to resolve this issue. This is something I didn't cause, I didn't have plumbing problems until that day the maintenance man busted my side of the sink.

Did you tell them that your apartment was nasty, cluttered and smelled of strong urine?

She had a problem with how things are being ran it doesn't matter what the apartment smelt like more what the maintenance and MANAGEMENT can do for HER. She's the one paying rent to live there and have things repaired in a timely matter NOT to be told she has to wait 3 or more days to have something fixed when it is a serious problem.
