I worked at Saddle Brook for almost 2 years. I left to become assistant manager at another complex in Waco. The entire time I was at Saddle Brook myself and every member of management went out of our way to try and keep the residents happy. Now that I am in management I have found that a resident who is charged for damages that they created tend to get disgruntled. In all honesty Saddle Brook is better than the "luxury" apartment complex that I work at now. Most of our resident leave here to go to either Saddle Brook or Saddle Brook West. If you are going to live in ANY apartment complex be prepared for some things to go wrong, to those of you who are really interested in an apartment you really need to meet management and see the property in order to appreciate it. That goes for any apartment complex. The only way to make an honest opinion is to personally check it out. Another thing that I have leaned in my new position is that out of 200, 300 or even 400 apartments to only make a handful of residents mad is amazing. And if you are one of the ex-residents complaining about being charged I would really like to know how disgusting you left the apartment.

April, whatever girl. Trish probably paid you to write this. You know that is not how it is there. I used to work there also and it is a horrible place with an extremely horrible manager. If you just knew what other employees said about you- especially Trish.
