It's a hassle to live at Saddlebrook West

This place is alright, but way too expensive for what you get. The apartments are okay, but they are thin and on the bottom floor, just expect to hear your neighbors. See, the carpeted apartments are on the bottom floor, and the wood floors are on the top, so if you get stuck on the bottom, you are going to hear every little step and pin drop. Plus, for as much as rent is, you can get a large duplex with a backyard and a garage. Parking is ridiculous, there is no parking, so if you have a roommate, one of you is out of luck because there are no extra places, unless you want to fork over more cash a month. I've lived in better places in Waco and I didn't renew my lease. Oh yeah, you have to give 2 months notice before you leave too and if you don't, your stuck paying so much money. Dealing with these people is like having teeth pulled, it's a pain. Even though the rooms are okay, I would not reccommend this place.
