Ok, so I moved here because I wanted the best in Waco. Well, I was completely mistaken. First, you like air conditioning' Well, get ready to have one room 10 degrees warmer than the other (we've measured). Plus, during the summer, you WILL pay $300 in the electric bill (two bedroom). Second, love your neighbors' Well, you'll hear them enough to where you'll feel like a part of their life. Have friends' Well, they'll NEVER find a parking spot near you, so cancel your social life. Third, there are annoying kids EVERYWHERE, so your pool use will be an absolute horror.
However, the problems REALLY started after we decided to move out. They require SIXTY days notice, not thirty. So, they'll charge an extra month's rent. The "damages" will be at LEAST $500, and that's if you hire a seperate cleaning crew. These people run an extortion ring, and you're gonna pay.
PS: Be wary of several other reviews, the office staff DOES write reviews to boost the results. If I were you, I'd disregard any review that gives it a 5, you can tell it's some flunky in the front office and not a real person.
