If I had read this site before signing my lease, I would never have lived here. Everything bad is true. The manager is a pain to deal with. Paper thin walls, rodent problems, parking problems, everything is terrible. The only nice thing is the area of town it's in. Stay away unless you want a hassle for a place to live. They will terrorize you and try to charge you for everything when you move out, so save yourself the pain. I had to deal with my credit agencies because Saddlebrook tried to say I didn't pay for a stain on the carpet in the living room. But I didn't even have carpet, I had wood floors in the living room. They are liars and will hurt your credit, so don't bother.
