Typical apartment living, get you in cheap, raise the rate as soon as possible. A new manager had been hired, fired the most recent manager. Unfortunately the last one was fond of oral agreements which are great until she is fired. The apartments contain mold, old stained carpets and poor maitenance follow-up, though the maintenance man is a great guy. Not a good place to live
