Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Mold, stains, poor paint, old appliances, outdated construction material, poor maintenance, dirty and filthy weight room that is mainly for muscle heads. Make sure you run all agreements by your attorney and if you are a working professional, stay away.
