There is not a sex offender at these properties. The address is saddlebrook rd for the sex offender. The property address is 9821 chapel rd or 9000 chapel rd.

There may not be a REGISTERED sex offender, but I do not think you can say that there are no sex offenders at S-B! I can name three date-rapists in a groundfloor apartment!

I bet one of them has the screen name Yoyodine. You are obviously a horny computer geek w/ way too much time on your hands. Do everyone that uses this website for information a favor and get a cyber chick. I am moving from NY and all I have seen on this website is bitter complaints from people who obviously are mad because someone in the office told them something they didnt want to hear, they are dirty and have ants, they left there apt. filthy or didnt give a written notice. People this isnt something that only they require. I have lived in NY & Cali and all places have a written notice requirement. I'm sure that the office staff would love to get rid of all you bitter, bitchy people just as much as you want to move. That way they can lease to people who will clean the apt and follow all regulations for the lease.
