I have lived at Saddle Brook for 6 months I have had nothing but problems. I have mold all over my window and baseboards. Management wont fix the problem

Did you sign an acknowledgement/release in relation to mold upon signing your lease? I believe that you did, please ask the office for a copy if you do not have one and go from there.

the office doesnt present you with a copy of your lease or docs at signing...

Anyone with gray matter bigger than a snow pea should realize you ALWAYS get a copy of ANYTHING that you sign, period. If it's not "provided" for cripe's sake ASK.

Oh Lerenia, darling, for someone with a name straight out of the backseat of a Chevy Rambler, let's not call first time lease-signers stupid! How grouchy you are, perhaps PMS? Mold = DANGER, gather samples in plastic baggies, take to science-types at Baylor, call local news. Then, sit back and enjoy the fiasco!
