I've never heard so much whining in one place at one time by so many people, sounds like a whole lot of sour grapes to me.

I've witnessed none of the things stated on this site. If you find an apartment complex that is guaranteed to (1) satisfy everyone, and, (2) is 100% "crime" free, I'd like to know where it is. You can't even guarantee that in a home that you own.

In addition, any maintenance issues are handled satisfactorily and in a timely fashion.

Any unpleasantness is due to irresponsible, inconsiderate residents, who choose to sprew their venom instead of constructively resolving their issues.

Get a grip.

Yes, that is because you are the assistant manager! Hello! How can you answer as to the speed of response by management otherwise? Spewing venom is fun, and especially therapeutic when a nasty apartment complex steals your time, energy and money. You will learn this when Saddle-suck finally gives you the heave ho after sucking out your life-force for a pathertic 10% rent reduction!

Que pasa? LOL NOT. As in NOT an employee or otherwise affiliated with owners OR management. I pay full rent, just like everyone else. Sorry, your prospective is SOOOO past warped. "Speed of response?" No clue what you mean. Spewing venom is NOT recreational unless you are sick in a manner I, for one, am not trained to assist you further. "Therapeutic" would be to HELP YOURSELF, take responsibility for YOUR actions, and be a decent human being, neighbor, and tenant. I am so sorry for you that you feel the way that you do, and sincerely wish there is a property somewhere that you might be happy. Unfortunately, that's most unlikely, it's not possible with an attitude and outlook such as you and other sour grape individuals have. WHEREVER one lives can only be as good as WHO lives there. By the way, I've been here almost a year. You sound especially garnished and jaded, good luck to you and God bless.
