My husband and I visited Saddlebrook and Saddlebrook west looking for a two bedroom. The office staff seemed to be bothered with us visiting the property. After the leasing got off her cell phone and starting helping us she seemed very unorganized. She was going to show us an apartment however someone walked in about the time she went to get the keys for the apartment. She stopped helping us and started helping them sign there new lease. She never asked to wait or anything after about 15 mins we left. We walked right past her desk and she never looked up or even knew that we were leaving. She totally forgot that we were there.
